Games will be played July 26th in Hanover, NH. Vermont Coaching Staffs have been named and are below.
Girls staff:
Cait Fogel (Milton) Head Coach, Teri Perry (Fair Haven) , Scott Tomasi (Milton), Lindsay Austin-Hawley (S Burlington) assistants.
Boys staff:
Shane Bufano (Stowe) head coach; Jake Walker (Green Mountain Union High School), Joe Yalicki (Harwood), David "Moon" Martin (Retired) assistants.
Twin State Lions Cup Rosters
The 2024 Senior Classic will be held at Maxfield Sports Complex in Hartford, VT on Sunday, November 10, 2024. This year the Boys will go first with registration beginning at 9:00. Boys will register at 12:00. Boys games 10:00 to noon and girls games 1:00-3:00. Teams will warm up and have a brief GK training for about 30 minutes prior to the first matches. Only all-state seniors and other invited senior players may participate in the matches. All VSCA member coaches are encouraged to attend and help is needed from the membership to coach and evaluate players at the Classic.
Coaches/evaluators at the classic selected by the head coach. There will be a brief (30ish min) coaches/evaluators meeting following the games to share player evaluations with the head coach. Questions regarding non-all state invited seniors should be directed to Tim Goodwin at timg.4LT@gmail.com for girls or to Chris George at c1georg@gmail.com for boys. Senior all state players not wishing to attend the senior classic should inform the above people immediately. Participating players should come prepared to play with shin guards, cleats, water bottle, and bring their own soccer ball to warm up with.
